Westminster

About the chapter

The Westminster chapter was launched at the end of January 2026. The borough of Westminster is unique in many ways: home to the houses of Parliament, it is an area famed for its galleries, museums, and shopping and restaurants. Westminster is also a vibrant business district home to law firms, hedge funds and private equity houses. The borough, which has a population of over 200,000, also contains residential districts, such as Maida Vale and Kilburn.

Despite its affluence, Westminster also suffers from high levels of homelessness and in certain areas theft and pickpocketing are common. There is also a chronic housing shortage and areas of deprivation within the borough.

The LFG Westminster chapter seeks to bring local residents and the business community together to share ideas, engage with politicians and think tanks across the political spectrum to promote LFG's policies and make Britain a better, more prosperous country.
