Newbury is a vibrant town surrounded by the North Wessex Downs National Landscape. At the cross-roads of the M4 and A34 it is well connected to London, Oxford, Bristol and Southampton. Sitting in the middle of the UK's "Silicon Valley", we are the HQ for major tech companies like Vodafone and have the highest "digital density" in the UK.

We love Newbury and want to make it better and more accessible for everyone. We need more homes, the average house price here has reached over £480,000, and average monthly rent is over £1,400, making the town simply unaffordable for too many people. We need better infrastructure; our roads are littered with potholes, the trains are too expensive and our water and sewage pipes aren't being upgraded fast enough.
